Community Outreach Specialist

📋 Description

• Schedule and attend visits at provider partner sites and community locations.
• Connect with potential members via visits, events, and SMS campaigns.
• Partner with local providers and community leaders to enroll new members.
• Help members download the Marigold Health app and enroll.
• Travel regularly to partner clinics; comply with safety policies.
• Represent Marigold Health with empathy and integrity in community settings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in community outreach or healthcare sales.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist in Delaware or willing to become one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter; able to work independently.
• Willing to travel ~75% within Delaware.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
