🎯 Requirements
- Extensive relationships with loan origination companies.
- Investment banking or origination secondary trading experience.
- Mortgage/real estate or structured products experience at finance or RE PE firms.
- Experience in structured products, lending, or real estate underwriting at a financial institution.
- Residential loan sales experience at a broker/advisory firm a plus.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and databases; Salesforce experience a plus.
