📋 Description

  • Build strong relationships with loan originators for third-party review and securitization.
  • Identify and engage active participants in the capital markets for loan purchase and sale opportunities.
  • Research and connect with banks, funds, servicers, and market players to source due diligence projects.
  • Drive new business development and maintain client relationships.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and meetings with clients, sharing strategic insights.
  • Track and report business development activities for transparency.
  • Expand market opportunities by collaborating with Mission Capital Advisors to align loan sales and due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive relationships with loan origination companies.
  • Investment banking and/or origination secondary marketing trading experience.
  • Mortgage, real estate or structured products experience in finance.
  • Experience in structured products, lending, special servicing, or real estate investment analysis.
  • Residential loan sales experience at an established brokerage/advisory firm a plus.
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills; Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Attention to detail; able to work as part of a team; strong drive.
