🎯 Requirements
- Extensive relationships with loan origination companies.
- Investment banking and/or origination secondary marketing trading experience.
- Mortgage, real estate or structured products experience in finance.
- Experience in structured products, lending, special servicing, or real estate investment analysis.
- Residential loan sales experience at an established brokerage/advisory firm a plus.
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills; Salesforce a plus.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Attention to detail; able to work as part of a team; strong drive.
