📋 Description

• Own and communicate Marathon UI/UX vision based on priorities.
• Own Marathon UI/UX quality and design craft excellence.
• Prioritize UI/UX backlog and break down problems for leads.
• Build alignment among UI/UX leadership on goals and constraints.
• Work with Executive Producer to staff teams for goals, including external development.
• Develop and champion best practices of UI/UX process.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a UI/UX Director for large-scale, multiplatform live-service FPS games.
• Ability to align with other director-level leaders to define problems.
• Lead UI/UX teams to develop philosophy, process, and workflows.
• Lead UI/UX teams to break down ambiguous problems into clear goals and metrics.
• Define successful UI/UX collaboration and integration with User Research.
• Manage UI/UX discipline, define roles, performance standards, and hiring.
