Support the creation and administration of technical interviews and assessments.
Use structured assessment tools to record candidate skills and placement.
Participate in hiring decisions for production technicians.
Design and deliver external or community-based training workshops onsite.

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years in internal training, education, or L&D.
Minimum 1 year delivering technical or educational training.
Familiarity with instructional best practices and adult learning.
Ability to work under pressure as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to participate directly in manufacturing activities.
