- Own development and validation of test assets for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Drive test execution of mechanisms and assemblies via tooling, sequencing, and mBOM.
- Provide technical leadership in workcenter development, assembly/test ops, and safety compliance.
- Hands-on shop-floor support; address test issues and feedback for manufacturability.
- Analyze test data to evaluate performance; lead RCA and corrective actions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, production, supply chain, and quality teams.
π― Requirements
- BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering; 5+ years hardware testing.
- Proven experience authoring test procedures for mech/electrical/pneumatic assemblies.
- Partner with design engineering and production to test procedures and investigate failures.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale test systems with minimal oversight.
- Expert knowledge of safety standards and common test hazards.
- Hands-on in two areas: electromechanical/pneumatic assembly or sensor setup.
