Manufacturing Test Engineer II, Pneumatic Mechanisms & Fluid Assemblies

📋 Description

• Own test assets across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to ensure scalable production testing.
• Lead mechanisms testing: design integration, tooling, sequencing, and mbom.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support and address test issues quickly.
• Analyze test data to evaluate assembly performance and root-cause actions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across design, production, supply chain, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering; 3+ years in hardware testing.
• Proven experience authoring tests for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies.
• Experience partnering with design, manufacturing, and production to run tests and investigate failures.
• Experience designing and managing large-scope test systems and process improvements.
• Expert knowledge of safety standards and test hazards.
• Hands-on in at least two: electromechanical/pneumatic assembly, functional tests, or high-pressure systems.
