- Define and drive test strategy for boards, trays, and systems from EVT to production ramp.
- Develop and manage test coverage: ICT, board-level, tray-level, system tests.
- Collaborate with hardware, diagnostics/software, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement test solutions.
- Review test data, debug failures, improve yield, and ensure test readiness for production.
- Translate requirements into scalable test plans; approve EVT/DVT/PVT and production tests.
- Lead or support debug of test failures; drive corrective actions and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer/Manufacturing Eng or related field, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in manufacturing test engineering or related hardware test roles.
- ICT/structural board test and board-level functional test experience.
- Tray/chassis/system-level manufacturing test and production diagnostics.
- Experience with contract manufacturers, JDMs, system integrators, or test vendors.
- Preferred: server/AI accelerators; automation with Python/Bash, Linux.
