Manufacturing Technician, Surgery Consumables

📋 Description

• Assemble high-precision medical devices for testing and final use
• Manufacture the needle cartridge using lasers, optics, lenses, and tools
• Collaborate with robotics/mechanical teams on production and prototypes
• Troubleshoot, analyze data, and drive process improvements
• Design and build fixtures; improve quality, efficiency, and traceability
• Support testing and issue resolution with hardware engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong desire to work with small, safety-critical assemblies where precision is critical
• Solid understanding of basic physics and chemistry
• Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable; no task is too big or too small
