  • Manufacture and assemble flight hardware using drilling, fastening, bonding.
  • Use precision tools: torque wrenches, micrometers and calipers.
  • Follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and QA to develop work instructions.
  • Ensure production services are on time, safely and professionally.
  • Perform other related duties to maintain efficient operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Verbal and written communication with engineering and production.
  • Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction/Development).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions.
  • FAA Airframe and PowerPlant license.
  • Precision drilling experience (Β± .001).
