🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent (5+ years in manufacturing)
- 3+ years supporting MES or manufacturing systems
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules: PP, MM, WM/EWM, PEO
- Experience with shop floor execution in complex assembly/battery/engine envs
- Strong troubleshooting across MES, SAP, quality steps, and material movement
- Clear communicator with operators, inspectors, engineers, and supervisors
