🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, production engineering, or manufacturing systems.
- Experience in electronics, hardware, aerospace, automotive, or other technical production environments.
- Experience improving production systems, processes, or factory workflows.
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
