- Collaborate with other teams to meet plant goals.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven Lead/Supervisor experience; managerial skills required.
- Staffing, training, data analysis, resource allocation, urgency.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; independent with direction.
- Strong interpersonal skills; resolve issues; provide performance feedback.
- 1-2 years in manufacturing field and/or warehouse.
- Flexible schedule; nights/weekends/holidays; legal work status; Spanish/English.
