🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in manufacturing/production/logistics in lieu of degree
1+ years of experience directly leading a team or project
7+ years in manufacturing/production/logistics
2+ years leading a team or project
Lean manufacturing training and experience
Six Sigma certification
