- Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers

- Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution and preventative actions

- Ensure transition from development to volume production and identify improvements
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience or Bachelor's degree in engineering/math/science
- Experience producing J-STD-001 Class 2 and IPC-A-610 Class 2 hardware
- Experience programming/operating paste printer, SPI, pick-and-place, and reflow
- Experience with AOI, X-ray inspection, adhesive/coating dispenser, and BGA rework
- Experience with electrical tests (in-circuit or bed-of-nails)
- Shift availability and strong computer/communication skills
