- Support production, engineering, and qualification tests including bring-up and troubleshooting
- Aid in root-cause analysis and permanent resolution of test-facility issues
- Design and implement assembly fixtures, tooling, and shop aids
- Develop training plans and standard work instructions for operations
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2+ years hands-on technical experience or bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
- Self-motivated with strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven atmosphere
- Experience with design of experiments, statistical process control, and process qualification
- PLC and HMI programming exposure or Ladder Logic/Structured Text familiarity
