  • Execute and manage new configuration introductions into production.
  • Perform process development and validation on new designs under tight timelines.
  • First-level triage of test failures by reading logs and telemetry.
  • Assess non-conforming hardware and drive resolution and preventative actions.
  • Design and implement assembly fixtures to improve manufacturing.
  • Identify and implement changes to design, process, safety, and floor layout.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in hands-on manufacturing OR a bachelors in engineering/math/science.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering, math, or science.
  • Lead Technician experience on assembly and/or test of sub-assemblies.
  • Ability to read detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
