- Support day-to-day production of Merlin subassemblies (EB/TIG welding, cleaning, NDT, heat treat)
- Read, interpret drawings and docs to create/manage BOMs, work instructions, and specs
- Analyze recurring discrepancies and lead multi-disciplinary root-cause actions
- Develop/evaluate processes and equipment to reduce non-conformance and costs
- Identify DFM improvements with system-wide impact
- Daily communication with production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design to ensure on-time delivery
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3+ years in manufacturing/test as tech/planner; OR 2-year tech + 1+ year; OR BS in engineering/STEM
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (preferred)
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT/NDE)
- Experience with hydraulic, hydrostatic, or pneumatic testing
- CAD experience (NX and Teamcenter)

- Pay ranges: Level 1 $30-40/hr; Level 2 $36-48/hr; Level 3 $45-60/hr
