🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience or Bachelor's in engineering/math/science.
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and mechanical/fluid concepts.
- Experience with Python, C/C++, SQL, TwinCAT, NX, CATIA, ProE, Teamcenter.
- Experience with test equipment, measurement devices (pressure/temperature/flow), and PCBA testing.
- DoE, SPC, Six Sigma, IPC standards, and data-driven improvements.
