🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
- 10+ years in manufacturing with shop floor experience
- Experience across CNC, sheet metal fabrication, and assemblies
- Strong relationship-building with customers and partners (shop rep/BD/commodity manager)
- Familiar with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and defense regulations preferred
- Experience with international manufacturing preferred
