🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
- 10+ years in manufacturing, including shop floor time
- CNC, sheet metal fabrication and assemblies experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building with customers and partners
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and defense regs preferred
- Deep experience interpreting drawings, CAD files, BOM structures and technical details
