🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred
- 10+ years in manufacturing, including shop floor
- Experience across CNC, sheet metal fab, assemblies
- Strong relationship-building with customers and partners
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP regulations preferred
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets/Excel
