Develop and maintain relationships with these partners
Match projects to partners through targeted outreach and deep awareness of project details
Provide DFM feedback and optimization recommendations
Prepare and submit quotes to sales team
Monitor and improve KPIs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
10+ years experience in manufacturing environment
CNC, sheet metal fab and assemblies are the top priority
Strong relationship-building with customers and partners (shop rep, BD, commodity manager)
Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and defense regs preferred
Deep experience interpreting customer drawings, CAD files, BOM structures and technical details
