🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing, on and off the shop floor
- Experience across multiple manufacturing disciplines; CNC, sheet metal, assemblies prioritized
- Strong relationship-building with customers and partners (shop rep, BD, commodity manager)
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and defense regulations preferred
- International manufacturing experience preferred
- Deep experience interpreting customer drawings, CAD files, BOM structures and technical details
- Strong communication skills across all levels; courtesy and respect essential
- Analytical mindset: challenge inputs, iterate solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs, especially Excel/Sheets
