🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing environment, including time on and off shop floor
- CNC, sheet metal fabrication and assemblies experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and defense regulations preferred
- Deep experience interpreting customer drawings, CAD files, BOM structures
