🎯 Requirements
- BS in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
- 10+ years in manufacturing, including shop floor
- CNC, sheet metal fab and assemblies experience
- Strong customer/partner relationship skills (shop rep, BD, commodity manager)
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and defense regs preferred
- Deep experience interpreting drawings, CAD files, BOMs and specs
