🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain preferred
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing environment, including time both on and off the shop floor
- An optimal candidate will have worked in a variety of manufacturing disciplines; CNC, sheet metal fab and assemblies are the top priority
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners
- Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, JCP and other defense-related regulations/restrictions preferred
- Experience with international manufacturing preferred
