  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, analytics, or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience selling B2B software or technology solutions into manufacturing.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets (100%+ quota).
  • Comfortable with frequent travel up to 60% across the region.
  • Fluent Mandarin (native) and excellent English (written and verbal).
