🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Eng or related.
- 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, production line design/layout, Lean manufacturing.
- Experience with manual and semi-automated assembly processes.
- Basic PLC knowledge (I/O) and automation (fixtures, sensors, actuators).
- MES experience; ability to read engineering drawings and process docs.
