Manage and drive manufacturing processes for Mill products.
Design and optimize systems for CM partners and Tier 1 suppliers.
Design/sourcing fixtures; reduce cycle time; optimize assembly layout.
On-site support at Sanmina Planta 8 Ixtlahuacan de los membrillos as required.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve manufacturing quality issues.
Qualify processes for new product introductions with CM; ensure line layout and operator training.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years as Manufacturing Process Engineer or related field.
English language proficiency (B2+).
Engineering degree (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic).
Strong electro-mechanical background.
Expert knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, supplier management, and SPC.
CAD NX knowledge; scripting to analyze defect, yield, and productivity data.
