Collaborate with San Bruno engineering on DFM and DFA reviews.
Increase production capacity by optimizing manual and automated assembly.
Design and develop fixtures/tooling including supplier coordination.
Create, update and maintain manufacturing docs for pre-production and production.
Qualify manufacturing processes for new product introductions with CM; ensure line layout and training.
On-site support at Sanmina Planta 8 Ixtlahuacan de los membrillos as required.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years experience as Manufacturing Process Engineer.
Engineering degree (B.S. Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic).
Strong electro-mechanical background.
Expert knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, supplier mgmt, and SPC.
Advanced Excel.
NX CAD; write scripts to analyze defect, yield, and productivity data.
