📋 Description

• Responsible for coordinating manufacturing processes per standards.
• Collaborates with employees and other groups to ensure process capability.
• Reviews daily reports listing manufacturing yields across shifts.
• Uses Kaizen, SAP, Excel, and Google Docs to collect data and analyze trends.
• Maintains standardized work processes per Lean principles.
• Supports training and ISO procedures compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment.
• Basic knowledge of production work processes.
• Basic computer software skills.
• Strong training/adult-learning skills.
• Ability to analyze production yield reports.
• ISO training or auditor experience beneficial.
