Build, test, troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain mechanical/electromechanical/electrical/avionics assemblies.
Lead and mentor engineers/technicians; conduct bi-annual reviews and manage performance.
Lead hiring and training for technicians.
Lead transitions from development to production.
Drive design for excellence (DFx) across manufacturing to improve cost, producibility, and quality.
Monitor status/risks; establish KPIs to meet manufacturing targets.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
5+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing experience.
3+ years CAD/PLM experience (Altium, NX, Teamcenter).
Strong leadership, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AS9100, CFR 14 CFR 21.137, and/or 14 CFR Part 145.
Previous leadership or management experience.
