Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance for plant operations.
• Maintain, adjust, and repair plant machinery to standards.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and local regs.
• Focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Generate work orders, parts requests, and PM documentation.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and date coders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in food manufacturing.
• 4 years as an experienced maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends.
• Follow manufacturing specs and schematics.
• Food-grade welding knowledge (aluminum/stainless).
