Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support to plant operations in a safe manner.
• Maintain, adjust, and repair plant machinery per standards; comply with USDA/OSHA.
• Focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs for high-speed equipment.
• Generate work orders and parts requests as needed.
• Follows work instructions and safety rules; uses PPE in industrial environment.
• Operate equipment and document work per PM schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in food manufacturing; 4 years as maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• 12-hour rotating shifts; weekends and overtime as needed.
• Food-grade welding knowledge (MIG/TIG/Acetylene) and fabrication.
• Electrical knowledge; packaging machinery experience a plus; read schematics.
• HS diploma or equivalent; multitask and follow specifications.
