Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

📋 Description

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support to plant operations safely.
• Maintain, adjust, and repair plant machinery to meet industry standards.
• Focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs; follow USDA/OSHA/FDA/EPA.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE in an industrial environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment (assembly, conveyors, forming, mixers; oven ops a plus).
• Generate work orders and parts requests; document PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
• 4 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Follow manufacturing specifications and schematics.
• Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding.
• Electrical knowledge and packaging machinery experience a plus.
• Possess a full set of hand and power tools for industrial maintenance.
