📋 Description

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians on the production floor.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet goals and resolve issues.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Train new hires on procedures, equipment usage, and safety.
• Enforce safety guidelines and report hazards on the production floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/electrical/mechanical training preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and facility maintenance.
• Lead teams, manage workflows, and motivate employees.
• Troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
