🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 7+ years manufacturing experience in high-volume consumer electronics
- Experience with ultrasonic welding, adhesives, heat staking, and assembly
- Understanding of injection molding, defect modes, process qualification
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for fixture design
- Strong organizational multitasking; manage multiple programs
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading distributed teams
