- Experience with materials processing and high-temperature braze
- Understanding of materials science and solid mechanics
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
- Willing to work extended hours for mission-critical deadlines
- ITAR compliance: US citizen/national or eligible for export authorization
