🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM
- 2+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, supplier development/quality, or design engineering
- Manufacturing experience in CNC or Injection Molding
- Knowledge of GD&T and metrology tools
- Knowledge of lean, production, and supply chain concepts
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Onsite in Redmond, WA; travel up to 50%
- Willing to work long hours and weekends when needed
