- Improve quality, cost, delivery, and capacity of mechanical hardware for Starlink.
- Collaborate with design/materials/manufacturing to map parts, assemblies, metrology, and design intent.
- Drive design for manufacturing feedback for scalable production designs.
- Define supplier technical and quality requirements for NPI and production.
- Lead supplier quality issue resolutions via root-cause analysis and cross-functional liaison.
- Implement PPAP with suppliers to enable rate production.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM
- 2+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
- 2+ years optics/photonics/laser or precision mech experience
- Willing to travel up to 25-60% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
