Improve quality, cost, delivery, and capacity of mechanical hardware for Starlink.
Collaborate with design/materials/manufacturing to map parts, assemblies, metrology, and design intent.
Drive design for manufacturing feedback for scalable production designs.
Define supplier technical and quality requirements for NPI and production.
Lead supplier quality issue resolutions via root-cause analysis and cross-functional liaison.
Implement PPAP with suppliers to enable rate production.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM
2+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
2+ years optics/photonics/laser or precision mech experience
Willing to travel up to 25-60% of the time
Valid driver’s license
