Manage NPI and production processes for TWTA assemblies
Work with manufacturers and suppliers to improve reliability
Collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability, cost, and reliability
Perform environmental and performance testing; own outcomes through development and production

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
1+ years hardware design, build, test, or troubleshoot experience
Full-cycle ownership of a hardware project
Materials processing knowledge; high-temperature braze experience
Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
Willing to work extended hours/weekends for deadlines
