Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes for in-house production
Drive volume PCBA production with MES, nonconforming product mgmt, traceability, and process control
Lead new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers and process specialists
Use process capability analysis and gauge R&R to lead new equipment selection
Design and implement systems to improve safety of the PCBA production line
Track schedule, WIP, and defect rates; identify optimization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
1+ years in manufacturing engineering, SMT, hardware debug/triage, or PCB design
Hands-on SMT/PCBA processing experience
Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
Experience with SQL and Python
Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a fast-paced team
