🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related
- 2+ years progressive related experience
- Experience supporting complex assembly builds and risk decisions during builds
- Excellent interpersonal skills interfacing with engineering/manufacturing; provide manufacturability input
- Strong fundamentals in statics, mechanics of materials, fastening/joining, and machining
- Expert knowledge of drilling, trimming, and other manufacturing processes with GD&T
