- Familiar with assembly/test procedures: tolerance analysis, structural proof testing, and leak checks.
- Interfacing across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test for quality and schedule.
- Self-starter; define and roll out new processes with techs, engineers, and vendors.
- GD&T and CAD proficient; two+ areas such as leak checks, sensor checkouts, or tube bending.
