🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Knowledge of common manufacturing methods
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to create clear, concise documentation
- Ability to lead Root Cause Analysis using standard methodologies
