Own and drive technical costing strategies; lead DFM/DFA initiatives.
Lead industrialization and scale-up from prototype to high-volume injection molding.
Collaborate across CNC machining, 3D printing, and sheet metal projects for end-to-end solutions.
Oversee tooling development: mold flow, tool design reviews, gating, cooling.
Serve as primary technical contact for global customers with cross-functional teams.
Maintain QMS and improve tools, workflows, and quoting algorithms for scalability.

🎯 Requirements

6–7 years hands-on Injection Moulding experience.
2–3 years Injection mold design and development.
2–3 years as tool maker/tooling engineer.
Strong CNC machining knowledge; mold flow familiarity.
Basic knowledge of 3D printing and sheet metal.
Expertise in injection moulding cost estimation (tooling + part costs).
Deep understanding of DFM/DFx for plastics.
