🎯 Requirements

- Design for assembly, lean manufacturing, and capacity planning
- Product/equipment validation experience (AQAP, PPAP)
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Able to read engineering drawings (GD&T)
- Able to travel domestically or internationally; stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
