- Build deep expertise in the manufacturing and acceptance test processes for satellite electrical components.
- Lead NPI of PCBA into production; oversee qualification, tooling, line layout, and DFM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document integrated test systems and fixtures.
- Drive improvements in design, processes, configuration management, and factory layout.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering, physics, or other STEM.
- 1+ years in manufacturing, test, or design of electronic hardware (internships ok).
- Master's degree in engineering, math, or science (Preferred).
- High-volume manufacturing experience (consumer, automotive, or aerospace) (Preferred).
- Experience with environmental testing (HALT/HASS, thermal, vibration, TVAC) and reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, SQL and CAD/PLM tools (NX, SolidWorks, Teamcenter); GD&T.
