Support design and process improvements to boost manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Analyze recurring manufacturing issues with quality for root cause actions.
Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specs.
Communicate daily with production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design to meet deadlines.
Lead projects for alternate component tech to reduce cost or improve quality.
Onsite in Hawthorne, CA; remote work not offered.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
1+ years hands-on design, development, manufacturing or test experience (internships ok).
CNC machinery experience: lathe, mill, waterjet, laser, EDM.
CAM programming experience (HSMWorks, MasterCAM).
GD&T and CAD experience (NX and Teamcenter).
